03 What I do

Senior marketing, brought in to make things move.

Fractional, full-time or advisory. The full breakdown of every channel, tool and format lives in Skills →

Fractional / Portfolio CMO

Senior marketing leadership without adding to the exec team full-time. I join for a defined growth phase (launch, raise, repositioning) and build the function while running it.

Full-time marketing leadership

Head of Marketing / CMO roles where the brand, the team and the pipeline get built properly for the long run.

GTM & 0→1 launches

From nothing to a market-ready brand, with a plan and the channels to actually grow it.

Brand & narrative

Positioning, messaging and identity that make a product legible and worth caring about.

Community & growth

Audiences built and activated from first follower to hundreds of thousands, without buying the numbers.

Advisory & mentorship

GTM and growth guidance for founders and early teams. Mentor at Outlier Ventures; speaker at Zebu Live and Token2049.

05 I think

Opinions I'm happy to defend in public.

Serious money wants serious marketing. Fewer stunts, more paid acquisition, email funnels and proper sales materials. My traditional marketing muscle gets more use every year.

The biggest influencers are often the worst spend. Small, relevant creators (hand-picked, individually negotiated) compound into more coverage than any single big name.

I'd rather have 500 people who reply than 50,000 who scroll. A newsletter people actually respond to beats a follower count I can't do anything with.

Community is distribution, not decoration. A structured ambassador programme with real incentives can outperform a paid channel, and it doesn't churn when the budget does.

Most crypto marketing metrics are market beta. I'd rather show a client 500 users who converted than a chart that mirrors the token price.

Crypto discipline transfers to fintech better than fintech discipline transfers to crypto. Community-first thinking, radical transparency, and speed under scrutiny are skills built in Web3 marketing, and regulated products need them and rarely have them.
